We worked to bring some clarity to the complex and ever changing world of digital workflows with our Sound for Picture session... Read full entry »

Let’s go to the hop, (oh baby)
I get asked more and more every day about camera hops –what’s available and what’s coming. Bullets of info
I’ve had numerous Audioflow topics running through my head, but none were extensive enough for an entire blog. So let me shoot through some bullet points. The strike has come to an end, and we’re all glad to hear it. I’m not going to discuss the politics of the situation, just that a resolution... Read full entry »

Pass interference, on the broadcast. 15-yard dropout penalty. Automatic reshoot.
Dropouts, hash, fade, intermodulation, spectrum reduction, et al, are daily struggles to the wireless microphone user. Frequency coordination is exponentially more important today than even last year. We talk to customers daily who would benefit from a basic wireless technology primer, so here it goes. The first thing you must know is the... Read full entry »
