Remote Audio RM Remote Meter
A very import addition to Remote Audio’s MEON line of power management devices is the RM, which is a compact Volt meter, Amp meter, and ON/OFF controller that works with the BDSv3, Hot Strip, and Shunt Box.
The RM can be conveniently mounted so that the equipment operator can see the meter (volts and amps) and remotely turn on an off the equipment.
The RM is small enough (1"x1.3"x2.3") to mount almost anywhere. Pressing and holding the two buttons for two seconds will turn the device on, and voltage will be displayed. When turned on, pressing the bottom button will display current draw in Amps.
The RM is connected to the BDSv3, Hot Strip, and Shunt Box with a removable cable that can be any length. 24" for bag use and 48" for cart use are standard lengths. Custom cable lengths are available by request.

The BDSv3 is working great for me. I have the BDS attached with velcro under the bottom edge of my CL8 and the remote clipped onto the edge of the bag all powered by a v-loc battery. It is a very well thought out system allowing me to utilize all of the space in my bag fully. I have attached a photo for you.
