Cosmetically clean with no indication of use.

Excellent
Indications of careful professional use (such as from repetitive use of controls and/or rubbing from a shoulder strap case, for example); minor scratches, but no dents.

Very Good
Signs of wear such as rubbed or missing paint along the edges, minor scratches and/or minor dents. But no apparent damage that would interfere with operation.

Good
Small scratches and/or small dents and/or well-done exterior repairs. Possibly paint missing in a few areas, but no apparent damage that would interfere with operation.

Fair
Cosmetically rough, possibly bent or damaged chassis, exterior repairs, markings, but primary features appear to be operational.

Poor
Cosmetically rough and some primary features do not work, and/or major parts are missing. (Trew Audio will not list items that fit the "Poor" description, and will be returned at the owner's expense. Please do not send items that fit the "Poor" description).
