All Used Gear consigned on trewaudio.com is available locally at one of our four branches. You can be certain that the equipment will arrive as described.

Purchasing

When you purchase one of our previously owned items you have a 5 day inspection period from the date of receipt. During that time, items may be returned in like condition for a complete refund. The inspection period includes weekends and holidays.

Trew Audio inspects all gear for cosmetic damage only. We cannot guarantee an item's working condition, but offer a 5 day period for returns. Below are appearance labels you’ll find in the description for an item.

Mint
Cosmetically clean with no indication of use.
Excellent
Indications of careful professional use (such as from repetitive use of controls and/or rubbing from a shoulder strap case, for example); minor scratches, but no dents.
Very Good
Signs of wear such as rubbed or missing paint along the edges, minor scratches and/or minor dents. But no apparent damage that would interfere with operation.
Good
Small scratches and/or small dents and/or well-done exterior repairs. Possibly paint missing in a few areas, but no apparent damage that would interfere with operation.
Fair
Cosmetically rough, possibly bent or damaged chassis, exterior repairs, markings, but primary features appear to be operational.
